How to use "fourc" or "spec" (Only EH1)
1. You should logoff.
2. You should type "specadm" into a UserName.
3. You should type "specadm8" into a Password.
(The screen for SPEC starts ...)
4. You should open "Terminal".
5. You should type "/prj/bl/bin/em_sock_linux( )&". ["( )"=space]
(Before you use "fourc " or "spec", you have to run "em_sock_linux".)
6. You should type "fourc" or "spec".
(You can choice number of axis to use)
