Introduction
Caliblation of Dq1 and ID Gap
( If current Amp. overloads, You should change Amp. gain. )

1. You should input X-ray Energy using "std Mono" panel of X-terminal.
( When you push Enter key, Mono move by the value that you input.)
2. You should decide ID gap using "ID29" panel of X-terminal.
( Please refer to the file near the X-terminal. The value is shifted a little. )
3. You should select in order of "Config" and "dTh1" at "std Mono" panel. ("dTh1" panel is opens immediately.)
4. You should adjust "pulse" so that count of Ion chamber becomes the maximum.
(Please adjust the interval like 100 pulse using "Relative Mode".)
5. Please close "dTh1" panel.
6. You should adjust ID Gap so that count of Ion chamber becomes the maximum.
