Case1 : When doesn't use TC Mirror
- Is TC Mirror Insert ? or Retract ?? ( Retruct Pos. : z1 = - 5 [mm], z2 = 10 [mm] )
Case2 : When use TC Mirror
- Are TC Mirror1 and TC Mirror2 condition right ? ( Angle, Z-Axis, X-Axis of TC Mirror2 )

- In the display of GUI right? ( Please input same number a axis )

- Cable connection of BNC and SHV ( Is Cable No. right ? )
