How to reset PLC :
1. You should see a cause of alarm, and solve a cause.
If alarm was sound, please push the Graphic Panel's "Stop" Button.
( Ex : Vaccume is break, Operate manual valve. etc ..... )
2. Please go to the place of "Interlock Main Controller" on optical hatch.
(You should go up from the stairs biseide EH2)
3. You should switch "Mode key of BLIS" to "Manual" mode.
4. You should push "Reset" button ( Color : Yellow ) .
OK : The cause is disappear, and the upper part of a monitor to be all green.
NG : The cause is still remain. So, please solve the cause, and reset again.
5. You should switch "Mode key of BLIS" to "Auto" mode.
