1.Reset Error

  1. Click the "INIT" button

2."RS232C Time Out Error"

① Check the "LOCK" of Phi-axis.

  1. Is the "Phi axis" locked?
  2. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　19inch
  3. Turn on.
    19inch　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"
  4. Click the "INIT" button

② If it is under measurement, please check "Raxis Server".

[case 1] If the error came out after "COM1".

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　19inch
  2. Turn on.
    19inch　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"

 [case 2] If the error came out after "COM2".

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　"blue box"
  2. Turn on.
    "blue box"　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"
  3. Click the "INIT" button

③ If you can not fix a problem.

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　PC "detector"　→　"blue box"　→　19inch
  2. Turn on.
    19inch　→　"blue box"　→　PC "detector"　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"
  3. Click the "INIT" button

3.Tcl Error

  1. Reboot "Rapid Auto_sp8"

4."SCSI Time out Error"
  "Arc net unreachable"

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　PC "detector"　→　"blue box"　→　"Arc Net controller"
  2. Turn on.
    "Arc Net controller"　→　"blue box"　→　PC"detector"　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"
  3. Click the "INIT" button

*  If you can not fix a problem.

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　PC "detector"　→　"blue box"　→　"Arc Net controller"
  2. Draw out the power supply plugs of each equipments.
  3. Wait 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Connect  the power supply plugs of each equipments.
  5. Turn on.
    "Arc Net controller"　→　"blue box"　→　PC "detector"　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"
  6. Click the "INIT" button

5."I/O busy. Target axis is still working"

  1. Turn off.
    Quit "Rapid Auto_sp8"　→　19inch
  2. Check the "LOCK" of Phi-axis.
  3. Turn on.
    19inch　→　"Rapid Auto_sp8"

6. "Trichro" does not start

  1. Change to oze(Linux machine) by 「Ctrl+Alt+Shift」
  2. You should open the shell window
  3. with "ps" command
    →　if there is "pxsrv", you type
    　　 $ kill -9 #### 　　← "pxsrv"
  4. type
    $ pxsrv
  5. You should check being displayed as "listen port 8040."
  6. Change to detector(WinNT machine) by 「Ctrl+Alt+Shift」
  7. You tart "Trichro"
